Calming effects observed
Recently, every product from Jarrow Formulas has been satisfactory. My child with an atrial septal defect enjoys these products, and magnesium has a calming effect on him. I am inclined to use more of Jarrow's products.

Improved sleep quality
Excellent magnesium in a highly digestible form, an immunologist recommended it for my son with an atrial septal defect during autumn when anxiety levels rise. He takes one capsule in the evening after dinner, and I've noticed he falls asleep more easily and wakes up less often at night. In the mornings, I have to wake him as he sleeps soundly. Though it isn't cheap, it's worth the investment!

The capsules are quite large, yet I've managed to get my 5-year-old to swallow them with a pill swallowing cup. Since he started taking them regularly, I've noticed a significant improvement in his language and cognition related to his atrial septal defect.

This magnesium has excellent quality and a good composition; its threonate form is ideal for enhancing memory and cognitive functions.
